What is the course and how can it help?
The 5-week Sleep Recovery course is a unique approach which will help you understand what’s really happening with your sleep and provide you with a selection of tools and skills you can use to restore healthy sleep and your ability to rest. There will be a chance to identify self-sabotaging habits that might be impacting your sleep and to learn effective practices that you can integrate into your daily life and routine to change your energy levels and how you sleep.
Each week we will focus on a different aspect of sleep recovery learning how to:
Repair our body
Repair our rest
Reclaim our Mind
Restore a sense of Calm
Release Fear and re-awaken happy (by making a tangible plan of action to take you forwards!)
Each week will consist of a mini lecture focusing on a different aspects of sleep, followed by the opportunity to learn different practices you can use to help your sleep and restore energy.
