FORREST YOGA

Forrest Yoga is designed to address current day stresses and challenges, both physical and emotional, creating a sense of freedom, and a connection to Spirit. A physically intense practice, Forrest Yoga uses the four pillars of breath, strength, integrity and spirit, enabling you to connect to yourself on a deeper level and develop greater physical and emotional self-awareness.

Forrest Yoga has a strong emphasis on the core, helping you to get strong and centred. Learn to breathe deeply and hold poses for longer in order to oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell in your body. As you progress you will become proficient at safely tailoring each pose to work best for you and learn to work honestly at your own edges. Flexibility and strength are not a pre-requisite for this class, only a willingness to learn how to feel authentically.

Forrest yoga is an inspiring and healing practice, which honours and celebrates the beauty of life.
