It's finally here! I'm super psyched to share this retreat with you in my UK soul home Cornwall! 

This 3 night retreat will combine all of my favourite things in my favourite location! Forrest Yoga practices to start your day, Surf lessons in the afternoon, Yin yoga and I-Rest yoga Nidra in the evenings, amazing vegetarian food, and all within close reach of the Atlantic Ocean! Over the past year, being near or in the sea has proved to be the most healing, restoring and rejuvenating thing for me. My Blue Soul retreat aims to share the joys of connecting with the ocean, along with my favourite yoga practices so you can tap into the benefits of a blue soul for yourself. 

We will be staying in our own private property near to Watergate Bay in Cornwall. Watergate is a short drive up the coast from Newquay and is probably one of my favourite beaches in Cornwall. It's always the first place I try and visit each time I come to Cornwall - the landscape here is just stunning. Our house has lots of communal spaces to chill, sea views, and even it's own private cinema room! (Point Break anyone?!) Room choices include doubles with ensuite or twin rooms with shared bathrooms. All super comfortable and stylishly decorated, you'll be able to roll out of bed and onto your yoga mat, or down to the beach!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I'm really excited to announce that renowned chef Sophie Gordon will be joining us to share her amazing plant based cooking over the weekend and fuel us up in preparation for our yoga and surfing! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Provisional Schedule:

Friday 12th:

4:30pm - Arrive & check in

6:30-8pm - Opening circle and yoga practice

8pm - Dinner

Saturday 13th/Sunday 14th:

8am - Tea/coffee and a nibble

8:3010am - Forrest Yoga practice

10am - Breakfast

Lunch

1:30-3:30pm Surf Lesson 

Chill time

6-7:30pm - Evening yoga (Yin& Yoga Nidra)

7:30pm Dinnner

Monday 15th:

7:30am - Tea/coffee

8-9:30am - Forrest Yoga 

9:30am - Breakfast

10:30am - Leave 

Pricing:

Double Room with ensuite - £695 (per person)

Twin Room with shared bathroom - £595 (per person)

Single supplement - Plus £175

If you are coming alone we can pair you with another guest of the same sex to share a twin room.

Option to make twin rooms into a double - please enquire.

Payment Options:

Places can be booked by paying the full amount or a £200 non-refundable deposit per retreat guest. Balance monies due by 30th March, 2020.

What's included in the price?

  • 6 x 90 minute yoga classes taught by Rosalind Southward

  • 2 X 2 hr Surf lessons taught by a Professional Surf school (All levels welcome!), equipment and wetsuit

  • Accommodation in a private, luxury property.

  • Meals (Fri - dinner; Saturday& Sunday  - breakfast, lunch, dinner; Mon - Breakfast) Please advise on booking of any dietary requirements/allergies.

What's not included?

  • Transport to/ from venue.

  • Additional day trips or activities not stated in the retreat itinerary.

Please ensure you take out adequate health/travel insurance to cover you for the retreat.
